Stock rules:
I always state my rules at the bottom of my journal, and also in each dev, but I think I should make them clearer in this separate journal entry, so let's go
- Give me credit in your description, either with a link or an icon to this account:
Easy: type : iconcat-in-the-stock : or : devcat-in-the-stock : in the description of your dev, without the spaces before and after the column. Link to the particular piece of stock used is helpful, but not mandatory. I don't bite, but I might bark if you don't do that. - As I want to see your art, and fave it, please leave a link on the picture you used or in a note. Please do try and avoid the frontpage I may not read it:
Just as it says: comment on the pic you used or send me a note with a link to your dev. Mainly because I like to see hat you do with my pic, to ensure that you did not break my rules, and also to see what stock you like to use so I can enhance my gallery with appropriate stuff And your dev will get a

This is where I might be the most strict, no exception! By "hate work" I mean: racist, religiously discriminatory (antisemitism, anti-islam, anti-christian, whatever the religion is!), homophobic, mysoginistic, androgynistic (who knows, we might have dangerous feminist extremists around
), or any form of art directed against one person of group of person (other deviant, or any personality).
Pornographic is also explicit I hope, erotic art is fine though. You know what I mean: nude is OK, obvious sexual action isn't. "Artful suggestion" is ok too. If you have any doubt, note me and tell me how you intend your erotic piece, I'll tell you. (I know I don't upload much model stock, but that doesn't mean I want my landscapes used in an X-rated way
)</i>- Not to be uploaded in the Photography Gallery:
*I* took the picture, this is stock and should stay stock. You can use it in photomanip, vector, reference for painting/digital painting/drawing, sketch, whatever but not as a photgraph, even if your manip looks very real, it still is photmanip
- Ok for DA prints but specify it to me:
You know what I mean? A note with a link to the print. You don't have to send a sample to me... but you are welcome to if you want and can afford it.
Prints on DA only! Which means commercial use off DA is subject to my prior consent (which you have 99% to get if your print is also uploaded on DA but you still have to ask)
- No use in DA's "official" contest, because the reules are not always fair, and I don't have time time to check them for each contest. Ok for contests organized privately by deviants if their rules don't contradict mine
- OK outside DA but please to credit me (and send me a link ):
All these rules apply if you use my stock outside of DA: I want credit, link, and no pornographic or hate work.
