Break: Wow! No update from me since september? :confused: Well, I guess that's what being a teacher means. I'm over my head with work, and I also do work quite far from my home so I don't really have time to log on everyday and take part in the community or produce anything anymore although I would want to! But I still do prowl around faving pieces made with my stock and leaving a few comments here and there ;) So i hope you're all good around here! Trying to return: Oh dear! I have been missing in action for a while! My summer has been hectic: last summer job ever, moving to a new apartment in Paris, and I started teaching three weeks ago. I spend roughly 3h in transportation each day, have ginormous classes (some of 48 students) but I do like what I do and I am comforted in my idea that this IS the career I want. I does give me tons of works though: preparing classes, grading papers (70 a week, roughly) plus the administration side of it, there seems to be an endless supply of forms and papers and e-mails to answer to. There we are: Hey guys, it's been a long time, but it looks like I've reached the end. I AM A CERTIFIED ENGLISH TEACHER! Out of 1000+ candidates, 240 of us passed the written exams. And out of those, only 110 of us got certified after the oral exam. I made it to the 40th place out of those 110. I don't usually congratulate myself, but I AM SO DAMN FUCKING PROUD! This exam is known to be a very tough one and seriously, passing it the first is something to be proud of!
